Once you have determined your eligibility, simply have your physician fax us a prescription for a "cpap mask", place your order at our website or phone us toll free at 877-450-1092. Upon shipment we will send you an invoice with all the pertinent data for you to submit to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement.

If however you are not eligible for payment through your insurance plan or Medicare, we urge you to still consider purchasing a CPAP PRO® for your health's sake. Sleep apnea is a dangerous ailment.
